As a small non-profit organisation with a small volunteer-led team we are still adjusting to the new COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. Thank you for your patience.
All donations should come to us washed and clean. Everything is carefully inspected by our team of volunteers and only clean items will be sold onto our community. Unfortunately we do not currently have capacity to wash garments.
Staff hygiene standards
All volunteers and staff are following government guidelines to protect themselves and our community. This includes regular hand washing, face masks and observing social distancing recommendations. All order processing will be done with utmost care and attention to reduce risk.
Collections from the Planet Brighton, Unit One, Open Market, Marshalls Row, Brighton BN1 4JU is now available every Wednesday 12-5pm. We are creating a new contact-free collection process compliant with distance selling regulations to ensure the safety of our customers, volunteers and staff. Customers will be contacted within 3-5 working days of order receipt to arrange a convenient collection window.
Deliveries are now available for all orders via the online shop or enquiry form. Delivery partners have been carefully selected and instructed to comply with government guidelines including social distancing.

Shop in-store and at events around the city
Currently all events including school fundraiser sales and donation drives, plus the Open Market stall are all on hold.
